WebSo I was trying to clear some more interrogation marks off my map. There's one in Velen, a bit east of the Road to Bald Mountain. Had to kill a level 32 basilisk to get there. Who says "mountain" in these open world games usually says "glitch" as well, and I think it's one such case. Anyway, I can see it - it's a Place of Power.
