WebI dropped my iPhone on the top. Was in a good case. No physical damage to the phone. The problem is it wont pick up my voice unless using the speaker phone, when using phone, record, or anything. Siri no longer has a voice either. when playing music sound comes out of the bottom speakers fine. I cannot find a mouthpiece mic in any parts list ... WebFeb 25, 2013 · Try to hard reboot and see if it fixes the problem. Also, see if you can plug/unplug the head phone several times so it works. If not, then you have to replace the head phone flex cable. Did hard reset and multiple reboots with no luck. Been using headphone jack in car for a few days so I don't think that will fix it.
