WebFeb 13, 2015 · Pull the pin out of the tensioner and remove the clips holding the belt on the camshaft sprockets. Before you get all excited and start putting the cover back on, bolt the harmonic balancer back on and crank the engine over a few times slowly to make sure everything is set properly. If you feel anything touching, STOP! WebSep 9, 2012 · Check timing mark alignment to be sure the crank/cam are still aligned , take the spokets off again.. Put the sprockets in the chain, turn them in your hands till the dots are aligned within the chain, slide the whole thing on pushing on both sprockets at the same time.
